Certified first aid and CPR, refreshed regularly.

Emergency protocols
Breakdowns, accidents, medical events and who to call, minute by minute.

Discretion & confidentiality
What a chauffeur sees, hears and must never repeat.

Etiquette & presentation
Grooming, attire, greeting guests and cultural courtesy.

Vehicle care
Daily checks, cleanliness, fuel, servicing and reporting damage.

Concierge & errands
Reservations, deliveries, collections and waiting with care.

Child seats, school handovers and travelling with elderly passengers.
